What we collect, why, and what we never do with it. ParkingWays (parkingways.com) is operated by Parkings Pro LLC, the company that also operates airportparkingbooking.com.
What we collect
To make a reservation we need your name, email address, phone number and vehicle details. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
What it is used for
Your details are used to create the reservation, to send your confirmation, and to let the lot identify you on arrival. The lot you book with receives only what it needs to admit your vehicle.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass your booking details to anyone other than the lot you booked, our payment provider and the service that delivers our emails. When a booking is completed we tell Google Analytics the booking number, the lot and the amount, without your name or contact details. Information about how the site is used goes to the two analytics providers described under Analytics and to Google Ads, described under Advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep your search and booking working across pages, to remember how you most recently arrived at the site (for example from a search engine or a link), for up to 90 days, and for the analytics and advertising described below. You can block cookies in your browser; the booking steps need essential cookies to work.
Analytics
We use two tools to understand how the site is used and to find and fix problems in the booking steps:
- Google Analytics (Google) counts visits and the pages viewed, how visitors arrived, the type of device and browser, approximate location, and booking steps such as opening checkout. It uses cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off in Google Analytics. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) records how pages are used, such as clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, as session replays and heatmaps. It uses cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Text you type into our forms is masked in these recordings, and card details go into our payment provider's secure fields, which Clarity cannot see. We do not load Clarity on the printable invoice or the page for paying a date change, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics, and we remove them from page addresses before anything is sent.
Advertising
We advertise ParkingWays on Google. The Google Ads tag (Google) records when a visit comes from one of our ads and which pages are viewed and booking steps taken afterwards, so we can tell which ads work, and it lets Google show our ads to people who have visited the site. It uses cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Ads. We do not load the tag when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or when you turn off analytics and ad tracking for this browser below. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not added to our advertising audiences. You can choose which ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.
Some US state privacy laws, such as California's, treat this kind of advertising as "sharing" personal information. You can opt out of that sharing at any time: a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as your request, or use the link under Your choices.
Your choices
To stop Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity in this browser (do not sell or share my personal information), turn off analytics and ad tracking for this browser (turn it back on). The choice is saved in your browser, so clearing your site data resets it.
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
