Cancel a parking reservation

Cancel or change online up to 3 hours before check-in. We email you a link to confirm, and the refund goes back to your card.

Find the booking to cancel

Look up your reservation and request the cancellation. We then send a confirmation link to the booking email, and nothing is cancelled until you click it.

Starts with APB — it is in the subject line of your confirmation email.

Enter the booking email plus the reservation ID, or your last name and check-in date, so nobody else can cancel your booking. Online cancellation works for confirmed bookings that have not started, and closes 3 hours before check-in. We keep a small processing fee and refund the rest to your original payment card.

Before you cancel

Cancel online up to 3 hours before check-in; after that, requests cannot be accepted.
A small processing fee is kept and the rest is refunded to your original payment card.
The confirmation link goes to the booking email, so check that inbox (and its spam folder) after you request it.
Your bank decides when the credit shows; for most cards it takes a few business days.
No-shows, meaning reservations that go unused, are not refunded.

If only the timing changed, shift the dates instead of cancelling. The same 3-hour cutoff applies, and you see the new price before saving.
