Before you book: a quick checklist

  • Choose self park or valet: with one the keys stay in your pocket, with the other an attendant holds them.
  • Look at the distance and the shuttle notes, above all whether the van loops on its own or comes on request.
  • Book your real drop-off and pick-up times, since days past the end of a booking are paid at the lot.
  • Driving an SUV, van or pickup? Read the lot page, or check with our support team first.
  • Keep your confirmation and reservation number handy for check-in at the lot.
  • Plans might shift? Dates can be moved online until check-in, and cancellations close 3 hours before it.
