Good to know

Your reservation ID starts with APB (for example APB1003132). It is in the subject line and near the top of your booking confirmation email.
No ID to hand? Your last name and check-in date, together with the email you booked with, find it instead.
At the lot, the confirmation on your phone is all you need — no printout.
Each receipt shows the lot and its address, your drop-off and pick-up times, and the parking charge set apart from taxes and fees, the breakdown most expense claims ask for.

Plans changed?

New dates or no trip at all? Sort either one online, as long as check-in is more than 3 hours away.
