Pick your airport and the dates you will be away, compare the partner lots that still have space for those dates, then pay online. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away, with your reservation number, a QR code and the lot's address.

No. You book as a guest with an email address and a mobile number, and everything after that — receipts, date changes and cancellations — works with your reservation number and the same email.

As soon as your travel dates are settled. Each lot has a fixed number of spaces, and holiday weeks, long weekends and school breaks sell out first. Same-day bookings work while a lot still has room, but a reservation always has to be made on our website before you drive in.

The moment your payment is accepted and a reservation number is issued. The confirmation email follows within minutes; if it has not shown up, look in your spam folder or pull it up again on Find reservation.

Yes. Enter the email address that should receive the confirmation and pass it on to the driver, who simply shows it at the lot. Keep in mind that a reservation belongs to one specific lot and cannot be transferred to a different one.

No printing needed. When you arrive, show the confirmation email, its QR code or your reservation number on your phone.

Each lot charges a flat daily rate, and you see the total for your dates before paying. Today's lowest daily rates: Philadelphia from $5.50, Newark from $7.95, JFK from $13.95 and LaGuardia from $14.50. For every lot side by side, open the rates table for JFK, Newark, LaGuardia or Philadelphia.

The checkout total covers every day you reserved, the applicable taxes and our service fee. Nothing more is owed to us when you get to the lot.

Only for things the lot sets itself, such as a larger-vehicle charge or extra days beyond your reservation. These are paid to the lot on site, never to us.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card details are handled by Stripe, so your full card number never touches our servers.

Both. The lots price by the day, so a one-night business trip and a three-week vacation are booked the same way: choose the exact days you will be away and the total for the whole stay is shown before you pay.

Often, and the difference tends to grow with the length of your trip. Off-airport lots charge one daily rate with the shuttle ride included, which is why travelers pick them for long-term airport parking. Compare the airport's own rates with ours before you decide.

Reserve an off-airport lot before you travel. Booking ahead fixes the lot's rate for your exact dates, the shuttle to the terminals costs nothing extra, and you can line up every partner lot at your airport by total price before choosing. Yes. Every lot we currently list includes a free shuttle between the lot and the airport terminals in its daily rate. Where a lot publishes its shuttle hours and how often it runs, you will find them on that lot's page.

Start from the arrival time your airline recommends and add time for checking in at the lot and riding the shuttle. We suggest at least 30 extra minutes, and more on holiday weekends when shuttles are busier.

Drive to the address on your confirmation and show your QR code or reservation number to the attendant. Depending on the lot, you either park the car yourself or hand the keys to the valet team, then ride the shuttle to your terminal.

Return pick-up works differently from lot to lot — some shuttles loop on a timetable, others come when you call — so read the arrival and shuttle notes on your lot's page before you fly, and keep the lot's number handy.

Your car stays put. Any days beyond your reservation are paid to the lot when you collect the car, at the lot's own rate. If your plans change at least 3 hours before check-in, you can move your dates online on Modify reservation instead.

Every partner lot we list reports 24-hour security with staff on site day and night, and several add camera surveillance or live shuttle tracking. Each lot's page shows its security features and its Google rating. As with any car park, take valuables with you rather than leaving them in the car.

With self-park you leave the car in a space yourself and keep your keys. With valet, the lot's staff park the car and look after the keys until you return. Every lot page states which service that lot provides.

Yes, at JFK: A1 JFK Park is a fully indoor garage, so your car is parked out of the weather until you return. Our other partner lots are open-air, and the parking type is listed on each lot's page.

Each lot decides which vehicle types and sizes it accepts, and some charge extra at the gate for SUVs, vans or trucks. If you drive a larger vehicle, check the lot's page or call the lot before booking; any such charge is paid at the lot.

Independent lot operators. We take your reservation and payment and hand the booking over to the lot, which supplies the space and the shuttle and looks after your car under its own terms. Our terms and conditions explain how the two fit together.

Yes, online up to 3 hours before check-in, as long as the lot has space. Enter your reservation ID on Modify reservation, choose the new dates and you will see the updated price before anything is saved.

If the new dates cost more, you pay only the difference by card. If they cost less, the booking keeps the price you already paid, and shorter stays are not partly refunded.

Open Cancellation, find your booking and request the cancellation. We then email you a confirmation link, and the booking is cancelled once you click it. Cancellations are handled by our team, not by the parking lot.

You can cancel or change online up to 3 hours before check-in. Requests made later than that, or after check-in, cannot be accepted. A small processing fee applies to cancellations; the full policy is in our terms and conditions.

The refund is returned to your original payment card, minus the processing fee. Most banks show the credit within a few business days.

No. Unused reservations are not refunded, whether the no-show was planned or not, so cancel online at least 3 hours before check-in if your plans change.

Send us a message from Contact us with your reservation number. Cancellations of a booking made the same day are handled by our support team.

Open Find reservation, choose the airport and enter your reservation ID, the email you booked with, or your last name plus the check-in date. You can view the receipt right away or have it emailed to you.

Look in your spam, junk and promotions folders first. If it is not there, use Find reservation to send the receipt again to the address on the booking. If you think the email address was mistyped, contact us with the airport, lot and dates you booked.

It is in the confirmation email we send when you book, and on your receipt. Have it handy whenever you change a booking or get in touch, as it is the fastest way for us to find your reservation.

Four airports in the New York and Philadelphia area: John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty (EWR) and Philadelphia International (PHL). Between them we work with 11 partner lots, all with a free shuttle to the terminals.
