These terms apply when you reserve airport parking through parkingways.com, a booking site operated by Parkings Pro LLC, the company that also operates airportparkingbooking.com (“PARKING WAYS”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before you book — by using the site or making a reservation you agree to them.
1. What we do
PARKING WAYS is a booking service. We list off-airport parking lots operated by independent partners (“lot operators”), take your reservation and payment online, and pass the booking to the lot. The parking itself — the space, the shuttle and the care of your vehicle — is provided by the lot operator under its own terms, which apply alongside these.
2. Reservations
A reservation holds a space at the lot you selected for the dates and times you selected. It is not transferable to another lot. You must give accurate contact details: your confirmation, receipt and any changes are sent to the email address on the booking. Show your confirmation (email, QR code or reservation number) when you arrive.
All reservations must be made in advance through this site. A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been captured and you have received a reservation number.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay us for the days you booked, taxes and our service fee included. Nothing further is due to us at the lot. Charges the lot operator makes on site — for example an oversized-vehicle fee, or days beyond those you booked — are payable at the lot and are shown on the lot’s page before you book.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests must be made to PARKING WAYS (online, from the cancellation page), not to the parking facility.
- A cancellation must be received at least 3 hours before the reservation’s check-in time. Requests made less than 3 hours before check-in, or after it, cannot be honoured.
- Cancellations carry a $5.99 processing fee. Reservations cancelled in time are refunded in full to the card you paid with, less that fee. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
- Unused reservations (no-shows), whether intentional or not, are not refunded, and shorter stays are not partially refunded.
- You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you are cancelling a reservation on the same day you made it, please contact us.
5. Changes to a reservation
Dates and times can be changed online from the modify page before your check-in time, subject to availability at the lot. Where the new dates cost more, the difference is payable at the time of the change. Where they cost less, the amount already paid stays the same.
6. Arrival and your vehicle
Allow time for the shuttle in addition to the arrival time your airline recommends; we cannot be responsible for a missed flight. Vehicles are left at the lot operator’s premises and under the lot operator’s terms. Do not leave valuables in the car. Vehicle types and sizes accepted are set by each lot and shown on its page.
7. Electronic communications
Visiting parkingways.com or sending us email constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that notices, confirmations and receipts we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
8. Use of the site and its content
The text, images, data, designs and other materials on this site are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any part of the site, use it for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with its operation or another person’s use of it. We may withdraw content or restrict access at any time.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
10. Third-party sites and services
The site may link to other websites, and some services are delivered by third parties (for example the lot operators and our payment processor). Those sites and services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Any dealing between you and a lot operator or other third party is between you and them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARKING WAYS, its partners, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the parking services, including loss of or damage to a vehicle or its contents, delays, or missed flights. The site and the services are provided “as is” and information on it may include inaccuracies; we make no warranty as to its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PARKING WAYS, its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site or the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
13. Disputes
If a dispute arising out of or concerning these terms cannot be resolved between us, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitrator’s award final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and, subject to the arbitration clause above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in New Jersey.
14. Termination and changes to these terms
We may suspend or terminate access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your reservation applies to it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PARKING WAYS regarding the site.
